Window light

Dave of Dave's Mobile Sewing Machine Repair out of Boise, Idaho. He came out to Eagle today and worked on Marie's Singer treadle machine that I bought last year at an estate sale. And the Majestic from Montgomery Ward that my son got at another sale. Dave removed all sorts of felt-like gundge with a pair of pointed tweezers, lubricated the machines, lifted and reset the feed dogs. adjusted top and bottom thread tensions, demonstrated how to thread, adjust stitches, wind and insert bobbins, etc. He also told me the right kind of needles and bobbins to get and gave advice on thread. Super value!
