Dove Lupine by the path

Late March in Almaden Quicksilver Park. A beautiful place to walk. hike. bike or ride horseback. This medium-size light-blue lupine that grows so abundantly in the park is often called Dove Lupine, I think.

We took our grandson on a bus tour and were very pleased with how much we got to show him in 3.5 hours. This was taken through the bus window from the upper deck.

Polshing Her Aluminum in the Print Room

You need to clean your aluminum before you start the Copper Sulfate etching process. This is my friend, Sondra. She lights up the print room when she is there. The class is called Solving Print Problems and we all work on different things. So i really learn a lot, even if I am really a poet.

The plant I discovered this summer was Russian Sage! (Lower left corner.) Dainty lavenday foliage, blooms all summer, keeps growing fresh foliage, The one at the garden center was like a four foot bush; I hope this one will survive the winter and grow, grow, grow!
